He says you could reorder them and see if you get better next time I said and will you collect these when you deliver the next lot? He says...... no you would have to return them to store............deep sigh.............ok thank you , bye.
What's the point. I've had the worst glitching week of my life. Firstly the heartbreak of no curtains for Dd, then !!!!!! robbed me of my £7 off code yesterday :rotfl: then my zippy fish order failed for which I haven't received an email about my refund which Mr fruit and veg promised I would get and now I've got sh*te wine, I'm only grateful it was red and not white :rotfl:
Di,
It says in their T&C's that you can ring and arrange a collection if you're unable to return wine to a store.
Returns instructions
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but should you wish to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you change your mind within 30 days of receipt, we are happy to refund or exchange the item.
If you are unhappy with any of the items in any way please return them to any large Tesco store (excluding Tesco Express and Tesco Metro stores) and we will happily refund or exchange the item(s). In order to receive a refund you will need to provide the invoice or receipt for the items you wish to return.
If you are unable to get to a Tesco store, please call our Customer Services department on

to arrange a collection. We are not able to collect any broken bottles and we can only collect items in their original packaging.0 -
Debenhams, theres a code for 10% off a £40 spend on homeware. On some items its taking off 40%. It works on Yankee candles/sale homeware (on some items eg woks etc). The code is on hot deals and i'll go and check if its on MSE, if not I'll put it on:A NI FEIDIR ACH LE DIA BREITHIUNAS A DHEANAMH ORM0

Someone asked about Co-op membership card loyalty scheme the other day - there is a free magazine instore called Food which has full details on pp10-11.
Also re the £1 for joining - when I joined, I paid the £1 but it was credited to a Co-op account and I had a passbook showing the balance.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -
