It's like the butter v margarine argument. At least I recognise the ingredients in butter:rotfl:
Yeah, totally get that. But as with all things you get what you pay for. Not really familiar with true post workout shakes those that contain 4:1 or even 5:1 ratio of carbs to protein, but when I did research protein powder the consensus was if it tasted vile then it was good!
I'm also aware that after exercise some folk just can't face a plate of food, but the post workout window is crucial to give the body what needs and something that you can drink is a bit more appealing. Depending on the workout done some folk need a lot of calories and it's much easier to drink 200-300ml.
Me, I usually go for simple carbs such as melon or a banana followed by more complex carbs - large bowl of chocolate porridge
Right, must get on with some work......Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

good idea - I've just been to look where I can do this but I cant see it
I rang the twine HQ this morning and they said to take the box back to store. So I arrive in store - ours is very difficult, you have to go across a gloomy underground carpark, find a trolley in the trolley park take it back to the car to unload the box, back to the store and then up a moving walkway or up in the left to the store itself on the 1st floor.
also run over your toe on the way and make it bleed
A bit of a wait at CS behind a man waiting for a manager and a first aider as he had cut his finger on a jam pot and required a plaster (and a bottle of wine was given in compensation)
CS said we cant deal with it here and sent me to the Direct.com desk.
They said we cant deal with it here and sent me to CS
CS went into panic and started ringing people, 4 CS appeared from various directions, they tried scanning a bottle which didn't work as the wine is now de listed. They tried putting the order number into the till and that didn't work either. They all examined the wine and all said what poor quality it was and the bottles in bad condition.
Then someone had the bright idea of ringing Tesco wine and they were put on hold so I was sent off to do my bit of shopping.
I met up with a CS while I was going through SS tills who said it was all sorted, refund email should come through and money refunded back into the account.
The email has arrived and online it says my order is cancelled, no idea how much will be refunded until about Wednesday or Thursday
I don't have much luck with online orders.
I also seem to get into all sorts of mithers doing returns.
And even ordinary shopping in general I cause mayhem at the tills ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Thank you - I got a hot deals alert about it earlier. Can't make it to T until tomorrowSorry but:rotfl::rotfl:
:eek::eek:some people though , why use that word too?:(
I know! All of the words in the works, ever, and they have to use that one, in a public place :eek:I was not here when you regaled most of your bus trips just the odd one but I am glad that I seldom travel on a bus now if that's what is like Maybe you were just mega unlucky today
I used to have the misfortune of having to get the same bus as the school kids at their chucking out time. It was awful and one of the reasons I gave up that job. Little did I know that by leaving work 30 minutes later I'd avoid most of the school kids and have a normal bus trip :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I have to say, I was unlucky today. There were two buses of the particular route at the bus stop and I chose that bus :o:rotfl::rotfl:I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. if anyone has sky email then read the email they have sent
"We are contacting you as a precaution as you are a sky.com email holder.
You should change your email and Sky ID password and you can do both at once"
I can understand changing my password, you are supposed to do this anyway at regular intervals but changing my email - this means changing my email in a zillion different places as well
The email is staying
I have had a few spam emails recently which were supposed to be from Paypal, Apple and amazon which I all reported - not sent via my sky address but from an old yahoo address which is also what I use for FB so that's where I thought they were coming from ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove.
