good idea - I've just been to look where I can do this but I cant see it
I rang the twine HQ this morning and they said to take the box back to store. So I arrive in store - ours is very difficult, you have to go across a gloomy underground carpark, find a trolley in the trolley park take it back to the car to unload the box, back to the store and then up a moving walkway or up in the left to the store itself on the 1st floor.
also run over your toe on the way and make it bleed
A bit of a wait at CS behind a man waiting for a manager and a first aider as he had cut his finger on a jam pot and required a plaster (and a bottle of wine was given in compensation)
CS said we cant deal with it here and sent me to the Direct.com desk.
They said we cant deal with it here and sent me to CS
CS went into panic and started ringing people, 4 CS appeared from various directions, they tried scanning a bottle which didn't work as the wine is now de listed. They tried putting the order number into the till and that didn't work either. They all examined the wine and all said what poor quality it was and the bottles in bad condition.
Then someone had the bright idea of ringing Tesco wine and they were put on hold so I was sent off to do my bit of shopping.
I met up with a CS while I was going through SS tills who said it was all sorted, refund email should come through and money refunded back into the account.
The email has arrived and online it says my order is cancelled, no idea how much will be refunded until about Wednesday or Thursday
I don't have much luck with online orders.
I also seem to get into all sorts of mithers doing returns.
And even ordinary shopping in general I cause mayhem at the tills ...0 -

So I decided to ring them instead and said please don't tell me to return them to store, that's why I buy wine online so I don't have to drive 25 minutes to the store. He says you could reorder them and see if you get better next time I said and will you collect these when you deliver the next lot? He says...... no you would have to return them to store............deep sigh.............ok thank you , bye.
What's the point. I've had the worst glitching week of my life. Firstly the heartbreak of no curtains for Dd, then !!!!!! robbed me of my £7 off code yesterday :rotfl: then my zippy fish order failed for which I haven't received an email about my refund which Mr fruit and veg promised I would get and now I've got sh*te wine, I'm only grateful it was red and not white :rotfl:0 -

The medical shorthand for this (particularly in casualty, on the patients' notes:) is MTTT = More Tattoos Than Teeth. Also known in America as the Dirtbag Index - multiplying the number of teeth by the number of tattoos gives you the person's IQ.'It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.'

I can recommend Our Girl on BBC1/iPlayer, military drama with Michelle Keegan (and other actors, obviously
). I missed the first series but am really getting into it - 3 episodes in so far.
Paranoid on ITV1 (tonight 9pm) also looks like it will be a good one too - crime drama.
