  • I'm supposed to be asleep but sneaking on here....thanks very much rose, I got some new bedding ,lamps and some Jamie Oliver pots and pans down from £200( I know they are probably not this much really) to £100 to £60 with the code so thanks for bringing it over x

    So I decided to ring them instead and said please don't tell me to return them to store, that's why I buy wine online so I don't have to drive 25 minutes to the store. He says you could reorder them and see if you get better next time I said and will you collect these when you deliver the next lot? He says...... no you would have to return them to store............deep sigh.............ok thank you , bye
    Surely that is one of the benefits of home delivery, for people who physically (or for whatever reason) cannot get into store? There must be something in the T&Cs that covers this? (And I feel certain that someone has already looked into this ... I've been speed-reading, trying to catch up:eek:)
