Our friend altojack poorly again
She had to call doctor out today and she been told to stay in bed
She stopped taking one of her tablets
Her lower legs and feet swelled up.
She feels so fidgety, very hungry, unsteady, tired but not sleeping when she should, falling asleep when she shouldn't.
Doc been he/she was there an hour and alto had a jab and got given 4 tablets got to take 1 a day for next 4 days .
Says she not feeling well at all
Was told I could post and tell her Elite friends why she missing .

The new items are now largely on the M list. There's now probably a couple of items yet to be added, plus a couple of ranges that will require a special taskforce to do them. This is the 36 or so separate ready meals at £2 in M, in addition to the three I've already ruled out, plus lots of different Rimmel lip products that need to be considered against possible 2 for £4 in M.
Apart from those two 'special projects', to be gone through in the next day or so, the list is now updated, such as I have it, from Wednesday:rotfl:.
Plus of course the usual sorting out of the format once again once the thing is completed.0 -
