I also had the threat of visitors looming over my head this weekend, one set I think I have managed to put off but the other lot might come anyway - he does not know that the guest bedroom has still got the 2 cases and all of the cruise dresses hung up on the side bars of the bunk bed so it's more like a walk in wardrobe. I can just about put together chicken pasta bake or salad but apart from that the fridge is still minimalist and the freezer a barren wasteland with tumble weed rolling through it :rotfl:
if he does come OH will put 600 cruise photos on the TV to bore the pants off him and then we will have a quiet house with no visitors for a while :rotfl:
We have the cruise photos as a screensaver on the desktop. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Oh snap, I am sure I am not the only one here that thinks that would be a dream to live there. Fantastic nooks and crannies, fab workshop, garden, and land. Loving that your Dad can get out there now in his new wheelchair and soon be out and about in the Berlingo :j There's no stopping him now :j :j

I am so glad you feel excited about DS being excited about uni - it really is a joyful time of their lives, I think of it like opening the door of the cage and letting your little fledglings fly free.
