I've just checked my crisps receipt and my single mushroom didn't show either. Fortunately I picked up an extra filler so I still had 8 items. Sorry you didn't get an apg back.View all2 for£1

Should compare to S. at 50p T & M. 4 for £2 so after apg should cost -6p:D:D:D
Lots in this group compare well.

Asda are selling various flavors 270G/280G for £1
as they are probably £2.40 elsewhere (meaning that, when they inevitably buy them on wombles, they will cut the APG). M have had them at £1 and, more recently, 2:( for £2 and even Sains at one stage - many years ago! - at straight £1 - but they do need timing in with offers elsewhere otherwise they are a lose.
Oh, surprise, I was expecting this to be a complete fail due to £1 cereal bars, undoubtedly £1.99 elsewhere, but it offers a small voucher vs W. Thanks to those N/A:D bars.

I think that's due largely to a lot of N/As and not particularly good prices on some of the comparables - e.g. Alpen bars at £1.50! However, I suppose it gives me more than it would have done if A and W were £1 each:rotfl::T. All of 5p:(.
But - what's this? An mbuy on Robinsons but only one of them picking up the mbuy?
What's that on mbuy with?

It looks like it's on mix and match with the Space Raiders. And - indeed it is. It seems A is having its own pop and crisps offer - doubtless worse price per item than M's 4 for £3 - especially with APG against that if you did four pops or four crisps - and undoubtedly will divert ordinary shoppers onto A's own offer and lose due to the mbuy appearing on the APG. Or - maybe they'll get confused and see 2 for £2 on the Robinsons, buy the mbuy on that and not realise the Space Raiders are also on mbuy, so just pick up a pack of those and pay £1.20 price! As indeed has happened:rotfl:. (Of course they've gone from £1 to £1.20 to go onto a 2 for £2 that the shopper has missed here.)
But - the mbuy on their receipt has given them the two highest individual priced items, in this case the Robinsons at £1.49 each:eek:, as part of the mbuy and so has deducted 98p to give them 2 for £2 expense on those (my guide price 74p!). So, they've actually not paid £1.49 plus 2 for £2 instead they've paid £2 for £2 plus £1.20 (Space Raiders) but the APG has picked up the mbuy between the one of the Robinsons and the Space Raiders - I doubt this slight 'glitch' is very good - and thus over-estimated A's price. It's pay £3.20 for the three items (miss the mbuy on one) then APG comp is £1.49 vs £1.00 and 2x £1.00 vs £1.00 = 59p + 20p = 79p. So, £3.20 less 79p = £2.41 for the three items = over 80p each!
Avoid:rotfl: - as it's hardly better than straight 10% cheaper than £1 off the Space Raiders - just a 'saving' of 10p and they are small packs of 13g, not 25g packs or anything - my guide for six pack crisps is now 50p, but that's for proper weight packs, so these Space Raiders need to be 25p before I'll consider buying them. 80p is way dear! Meanwhile, it's still paying 6p more for each of the Robinsons than 74p offer prices elsewhere that come around and go - so may as well put the Space Raiders back up to 92p (not even 10% off £1:eek:) and getting the Robinsons at straight 74p each:eek: and not even 10% cheaper than that offer (which, admittedly, isn't on anywhere at the moment). But - wait for that offer to come back around, hopefully tie in with a glitch at some point, and avoid expensive Space Raiders at any time:money:. (Maybe Space Raiders packs can be found on RTC shelves at much better reductions?)
I suppose it's not really a "glitch" - more the way the APG picks up mbuys between different items if an mbuy number is missed - one item needing to be bought at more expensive price:eek:. Same comparison vs £1 on each of the Robinsons and £1 for the Space Raiders is available currently vs M for anyone (shopping outside of N.I.) interested. Personally, I wouldn't try different products - such as the other Space Raiders flavour - as I don't know which of them would pick up the mbuy between them on the APG and it could end up with simple £1.00 vs £1.00 on the two Robinsons and £1.20 on the Space Raiders (as was paid) vs £1.00 - in other words 90p for each of the three:eek:!0 -
New offer just appeared on CoS - Volvic Touch of Fruit, 1.5l, 3 flavours to claim, 50p back each, 1 claim per flavour.
On offer in S 70p, so AvS £1 v 70p, 37p back on apg, 50p CoS, 13p each.

I remember a few years ago they had leather ipad covers reduced from about £60 to I think £7, lovely thick quality leather. I bought about 10 of them, taking a gamble, wish I had bought them all, they sold for between £25-40 each.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Ms showing showing incorrect SELs? Even though the 325g Apricots were on 93p last week and are on 93p offer yesterday, due to last into July. Even on incorrect SEL of £1.21, the price should be adjusted to about £1.19 - have they adjusted the wrong way? No good - A, I believe, aren't going to be 10% cheaper if this was bought on a shop where everything comparable wasn't 10% cheaper than M and M turned out to the best comp. overall. The system is going to see a voucher reduced:(.
Wondering if, seemingly yet again, they have identified some other apricots product in M that is on much higher price, like they seem to do with the packed Braeburn Apples that are supposed to be £1.06 in M but, yet again, comparing against £1.47 or something like that!
However, it works both ways. My other receipt - I think I've ended up with several pence more. M was best comp. but they fail to pick up the Baking Potatoes 4 pack. A 75p and M do have 4 pack Baking Potatoes at £1. So that should have lost 15p. However, they also it seems fail to identify M's Original Washing Up Liquid (450ml) as being within weight range of A's CBY Original Washing Up Liquid (500ml). It's just on the boundary of the weight range but it seems they've obviously not noticed what I have! Seeing that the shopper missed the M mbuy, that 'should' have compared A 55p vs M at 61p adjusted upwards to nearly 68p!
I think the WUL should be compared against T or S who are each at 45p (for 450ml) - as their prices are taken from online. Indeed, both prices were picked up as of yesterday:
Vs T or S
1x ASDA Chosen by You Washing Up Liquid Original (500ML) £0.55 £0.50
The collectors in M were right on some liquorice and own label jelly babies though - they correctly are N/A on the liquorice against M as M is outside of the weight range and have adjusted the jelly babies packet upwards - M is slightly lower weight. The shopper didn't buy the M mbuy - no good: liquorice and jelly babies should be against T or S at the moment as they come back a penny cheaper on each - T requires both to be bought (or 2 of one at any rate). I'm not specifying precisely which bags of sweets this is, as I don't want to tempt anyone:rotfl::money:.0 -
