I've managed to find the address tonight with a great bit of detective work (even if I do say so myself, good job seeing as thats what I do!!). Have been very careful to do it all on home computer and nothing on work computer as don't want to leave myself open to allegations.
Quite amazing what info you can out there, found a free electoral roll search website. Gave me their address but not the house number. Also told me the date the house was purchased for and how much for. Quick look on sold property websites like zoopla and another one and exact house identified.
Scary really. Anyway, will be useful as will need it for the small claims process which looks almost certain to be going ahead now.
The only thing I didn't do is set a timescale for her to respond to my complaint. I felt a little bit mean doing that with her wifes op tomorrow, and wasn't sure what would be reasonable. A google about seems to suggest a month, I'm not sure though? Anyone have any ideas?
Standard timescale is 14 days for a letter before action. That's not set in stone but it's considered a 'reasonable ' time for them to reply with a solution or not reply so you can move on to the next stage.
I'm a little busy for the next few days but I'm free and bored after thati have the big meet up tomorrow, coffee with BQ on Friday and a VIP lunch on Saturday if I'm allowed over the wall. Plenty of time to help with your forms when they need to be in.
mhoc, lovely news. BTW you shouldn't need a Mac tomorrow as the weather says it's going to be dry and possibly even sunny. I have a feeling you will bring it anyway :rotfl:0 -
