Most of the mortgage was due to few years of me being stupid with money and adding loans to it :eek:

I overpay my mortgage, been here 8.5 years and mortgage gone from £119k to £31k. Had a great few years when I used to coupon at Tesco and Waitrose (when they took any coupons regardless of whether you bought the product), and saved all the money and paid it off my mortgage.
