Well done pippo, am definitely proud of you! I'm not long back from zumba, not and sweaty but great class. Not been able to swim or do aqua this week, hopefully soon. Well done on buying the pass, just make sure you go or its not very MSE at all! :rotfl:

I overpay my mortgage, been here 8.5 years and mortgage gone from £119k to £31k. Had a great few years when I used to coupon at Tesco and Waitrose (when they took any coupons regardless of whether you bought the product), and saved all the money and paid it off my mortgage. I would love to get it all paid off in the next 3 years, although not too sure thats going to happen as when I go back to work full time next year after kids finish college, I will actually be worse off due to loss of child maintenance, etc, so probably won't be able to overpay as much. Should definitely be gone in 5 years though. Can't wait til the house is all mine and I no longer have to worry about paying the mortgage. Keep at it, you sounds like you're doing great with yours.
