Afternoon all - What a miserable day outside it hasn't stopped raining since I got up.

Sorry to hear that OA has been confirmed Bubbs - it can be so debilitating and that horrible pain which seems to be so worst at night. Upside is that it can be managed as I have had in my neck for years but after a lot of trial and error my regime is as follows: regular physio and exercises even when you have no pain, accupuncture when you have flares up, magnesium oil (massage into effected areas) and eliminate foods from the deadly nightshade family eg tomatoes, chillies, potatoes and aubergines as apparently they increase inflammation. I have found that I can reintroduce these after awhile.

Also those taking extra Vit D might like to google the best form to take - I only take Vit D3 oil.

Magnesium oil is £12.99 at Holland & B might work out even cheaper with penny sale. Don't get the one with Winter Green in though as you will smell like your old granny :rotfl:

It's brilliant stuff - can't believe it took me so long to find out about it.

    Have a good one x
Thanks, nother thing to look at, i do eat potatoes but not many but love tomatoes :( dont eat the other though
    equally bad.

I was sent on an osteoarthritis course, I was the youngest by a loooong way. They thought I was there to run the course!!

Quick question before I go to visit my Dad. Is your phone unlocked? If an iphone, back up your phone, switch sims and restore.

It isn't - yet! However, I have got an unlock code from vodaphone, just need a sim to put in so I can unlock it. I've got a Samsung Galaxy S5, not an iphone. :)

I'm just on the ones prescribed by the Doc, last blood test showed levels were back up to normal range, so that'll do me. :)

Only other supplement I take is omega 3, simply because I know I don't eat enough oily fish. Salmon _pale__pale__pale_

Would be interested to hear what omega 3 you'd recommend? :)

Hope your weed pulling is better than mine  I was going to volunteer to help with village in bloom until mother pointed out my lack of skills in identifying a 'weed.'
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

How long are you going away for?

Depends how much you want to text/talk to your DC. :D
The rolling 1 month (give notice as soon as it's activated). It is activated when you buy it. I had a limit (the 12gb) put on my DGD so the bill couldn't go higher. Obviuosly wouldn't happen on payg but allowances look better on 1 month contract. When not in FaH countries, turn data roaming off and check call/text costs. I didn't put +44 on new numbers last week and they worked fine. I think on my phone, previously had pressed a button and all numbers has +44 added. (I am not a techie).

In laymans terms, mi-fi is a little gadget (like a dongle but stand alone) that you put the sim card into and then up to five or some are 10, devices can connect with it to use wi-fi as opposed to 3/4g.

    Hope that helps.

I've got one had it for a while .The sim I have costs me £20 for six months Internet :)

Red Rock snap, I think if I met up with Brian I would be tempted to strangle him myself. A very unlikeable two faced character. I think I shall cheer when he is finally caught out, and he must know where Rachel is.

:T:T:T Heartily agree. I am hooked on Red Rock. I see it is 40 episodes + they have made another 2 series after :D

That Brian :mad: so cheered when Rachel's Dad is getting involved but Brian can twist anything :(
I thought that Fat Barry today was Barry from Eastenders :o
