Yes, it works fine. Small print - you can only use TFaH for 2 months per year and a maximum 12gb data per month on a monthly contract or 12gb data on an annual contract.
I had the annual one for an iPad £30 for
Broadband - Pay As You Go + 12.
Includes.
Pre-loaded with 12GB and valid up to 12 months. Topped up and ready to go.
12GB data
Valid for 12 months
I got this one for my DGD £20
15GB
1 Month Contract
1 month
She is away for the whole school holidays, so I do a rolling 1 month contract for her and cancel it after 30 days. So with the notice period, she gets the whole holiday covered. She will easily use the allowance so not worth cancelling after 15 days.
MOST important bit is that you have to it activated in the UK.
Mi-Fi unit is cheaper to buy on Amazon/ebay etc than in the 3 shop. With 3, it connected up to 5 devices and was very fast, even on 3G. The only thing it slowed down on was Amazon (I was looking for beach towel/sunbed pegs!).
Thanks you MKS.
Its the one month one I'm looking at, as I understand it I just need a three PAYG sim and pay the £20 bolt on to get what you've described above? I take it that it won't then connect and run the risk of me billed if I'm somewhere where it doesn't cover (like on a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean somewhere, as this is what I'm worried about?). I just really want it to be able to communicate with kids when I'm in Barcelona and New York, will have to hope for free wi-fi in Portugal and Canada when we stop there as those countries aren't on the feel at home.
I have a really dumb question, when putting numbers into the new sim, do I input them just as I would normally, or do I have to put them all in as +44 numbers?
And finally, what is a mi-fi please? I'm not very techie as you can tell! :rotfl:0 -

Sorry to hear that OA has been confirmed Bubbs - it can be so debilitating and that horrible pain which seems to be so worst at night. Upside is that it can be managed as I have had in my neck for years but after a lot of trial and error my regime is as follows: regular physio and exercises even when you have no pain, accupuncture when you have flares up, magnesium oil (massage into effected areas) and eliminate foods from the deadly nightshade family eg tomatoes, chillies, potatoes and aubergines as apparently they increase inflammation. I have found that I can reintroduce these after awhile.
Also those taking extra Vit D might like to google the best form to take - I only take Vit D3 oil.
Magnesium oil is £12.99 at Holland & B might work out even cheaper with penny sale. Don't get the one with Winter Green in though as you will smell like your old granny :rotfl:
It's brilliant stuff - can't believe it took me so long to find out about it.
Have a good one x

Red Rock snap, I think if I met up with Brian I would be tempted to strangle him myself. A very unlikeable two faced character. I think I shall cheer when he is finally caught out, and he must know where Rachel is.What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

Walk and workout done. Just polished of a big bowl of chocolatey porridge - best way to start the day
Any one got one of these?
Dare say if you do it will be hidden away in the loft or under the stairs if it survived not being chucked or sold at a car boot :rotfl:
Very effective for a workout, give it a go :D
Afternoon all, hope everyone is well. Yes I have one Westie but must admit to not knowing where it is lol xxCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

For me it helps relieve the aches and pains as well as the stiffness.. Also helps when your muscles are tense or go into spasm. Use on my feet and calf muscles when I have been on the go all day and also when I get night cramps. I think it works by relaxing the muscles plus if you massage it in it will increase the blood flow to that area to help the healing as well.
Worth a try and it's cheaper than all those painkilling tablets and gels.0 -
Good afternoon Peeps!
You will be pleased to know. You have been spared a rant about my ungrateful children. Interrupted by the arrival of fridge freezer repair man. ......door seal now repaired😀
At last the hols start here! I have been going into work last week, even though it is end of term, as I still had lots to do. Hopefully tomorrow will be the last day I need to go in. I can combine it with dropping DS and GF at airport and collecting cozzie from Argos.
It has been a year since DM passed away, and I am determined to make these hols positive and productive. (Last year was a fog of funeral stuff). So, let the decluttering begin!
Started to learn how to use Slopitize and CoS etc. Stocked up on Bolognaise tins and off to W for 3 for 2 McCleans after my free Caffe Nero. Thanks to all who post hints, tips and deals :A
Spent yesterday cutting down trees in the garden. Borrowed a friends chainsaw! Such fun! Paying for it with aches and pains today, but must have saved hundreds!!!! (Near miss on the shed though!).
Laters!
