There seems alot of sufferers:( will read up about diet
If that's the co-codamol, yes they have that affect on me too. Great for sleeping but be careful when driving. I had sooo many near misses when taking them. I take Ibuprofen during the day now and just use the co-codamol for evening use or for when not driving.
Incidentally, I recently had a blood test which showed I was a bit low in Vit D. So the dr prescribed some vit d tabs and Ive been taking them about a month now and notice the aches and pains are less now, so not taking so many painkillers. . Another avenue to explore maybe .0 -
Has anyone used the Three Feel at Home deal on their phone? Read about it on the dibb and thinking of getting it for when i go away on my transatlantic cruise in September, a both Spain and USA are covered on it. Would get a PAYG sim and get the bolt on. Very true (well the advanced bit, maybe not the reliable bit), but you missed out the vital bit, Apple make their products far more operator friendly. (Again, this could be said to be down to user preference, but so far, an awful lot of users have shown their preference.)“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Most impartial techy organisations/review sites have agreed on this for years.
Where Apple performs well is the product range and that's why Apple has done a great marketing job by convincing many that you'll need multiple IT products of theirs for ease of use and to get the best out of each device.
However Apple has a tiny market share in the phone industry and is losing more and more to Android.0 -

According to the first site I checked, in 2016, 46 percent of the respondents had an Apple iPhone. Massive market share.

Infact according to Comtec the largest continuous research consumer mobile phone tracking, they have a 36% share in the UK, which is still a massive percentage.

I agree with you to a point. I find Apple products easier to use, but they go out of date so fast that updates are no longer supported on 'older' devices. Androids take a bit of work to navigate but they do so much more, particularly with updating and amending documents on phones, that and the battery life lasts longer. I think it's rather subjective though.'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0
