    Walk and workout done. Just polished of a big bowl of chocolatey porridge - best way to start the day :D

    Very effective for a workout, give it a go :cool::D

    Yes shopprize is an app, so is receipt hog if you fancy that one. I've just started using both and they seem very easy to use :D Both would be fairly quick to build up I imagine if you womble. I don't usually as the A was always very clean but I might start randomly picking up receipts now ;)

    Rained overnight here and ground is wet, lawns are boggy now :eek:

    I did stay dry, thank you both! Was slightly easier getting catheter in this morning, will see how it goes today as to whether I decide to tape one in for a bit or not.
