Yeah Shopprize, it's an Android app. You snap 5 receipts a day and get coins for them and daily bonuses. You can use the coins to enter prize draws or save them up.and cash out for Amazon vouchers.

I've just started using receipt hog which does not seem as good. I think its 20 receipts per week, non supermarkets are better, the bigger the amounts the better, and you earn coins and a pull on a slot machine to win more coins
In July I managed just under 500 coins and the minimum is 1000 for a £3 amazon .... I think it's going to be a long job

so my new obsession is looking out for non supermarket receipts and very long receipts ...

Oh no bubbs I am sorry. :(

I had a feeling from what you have been saying it might be. :o

Just to say though, my consultant told me that with OA at first the joints try to repair themselves so some of that is the awful pain and once the bony spurs have grown you can get some respite until later years and he was right in my case. Hope maybe same for you. When I was first diagnosed I remember my shoulder freezing and not being able to use my arm but haven't had that for good 12 years now. The pain is much more localised for me now.

What has he given you for pain management? Do try heat packs when it's cold they give me a lot of relief if I am honest. :o
Thanks, least i kn ow what it is, but he never mentioned a consultant or anything just physio:cool:

Might be worthwhile doing some research to see if diet would help?

I can definitely recommend acupuncture, I had it through the pain clinic for my neck and shoulders. I was a bit sceptical at first but was amazed at the difference it made. I thought I would be squeamish about it but because the needles were in my back and neck I didn't see them and didn't really feel them. In a strange way I quite enjoyed the sensation.:o

Thanks, will see if im brave enough if physio dosent help

Bubbs. I have OA too but in my hips.

Know that diet def affects the level of pain so an exclusion diet for a few weeks may help
