Anyone got any thoughts on my draft letter above?0

Good. Just do not rush posting it. Every delay gets closer to the 6 months limit when the 'penalty' cannot be laid before Magistrates.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good advice, thank you!
Although court action is unlikely in this case, are they still able to ignore my letters and take me to court anyway?
Is there some sort of law that makes means I have to be 100% in understanding of the situation before they can go forward?
Thanks0 -
They won't ignore a reply - but string out each reply.

I sent two letters to the debt collectors around 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received a reply. So far so good...0 -
time is ticking nicely
feb 9th = week 6 in the 2016 calender
july 27th (today) = week = week 30
== 24 weeks
6 mths = 26 wks ,
march 4th = week 9
july 27th (today) = week = week 30
= 21 weeks
charge 1 , they have only 2 weeks to start court action
charge 2 they have 5 weeks to start court action
I would be minded to tell POPLA both the BPA and POPLa that indigo have acted outside guidelines and used their services for non relevant landSave a Rachael

UPDATE: This is for anyone who's looking through these forums for an outcome on the subject.
So I never received a reply after posting the questions to the debt collectors. Thanks to everyone here who helped me out! If it wan't for these forums I would have ended up paying £330 out of intimidation and paranoia. It just goes to show how corrupt this industry really is.
In other words, don't send your hard-earned money to those !!!!ers!
Thanks again!0 -
You will get more letters but if you are past the six months, then complain to the BPA and DVLA that this operator and their agents are trying to pursue purported byelaws 'penalties' past the deadline in the Magistrates' Court Act.
They can't just 'morph' these 'byelaws penalties' into 'parking charge notices' under contract law - they made their bed, they have to lie in it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
