    That's message from UKPC.

They haven't replied for my last letter to them and they have just blocked my online account. I haven't got any final decision and POPLA code from them.

Forward that to the BPA - quoting the complaint ref they gave you earlier -and ask what they are doing about this clear breach (assuming you DID appeal in time to have expected a POPLA code).

@Coupon-mad Yes, I have appealed in time. I have been corresponding with UKPC over 3-4 months.

    You mean BPA = aos@britishparking.co.uk?

Yes, the same email who responded to you...did the reply from the BPA have a name on it, if so then this time use their name in your email and show them what UKPC have said, and prove that you DID appeal in time (screenshot if you appealed online)? Make it clear to the BPA the date when you first appealed, and when you chased it up.

Like my appeal with question about the POPLA etc.

I just wonder if they can halp me in any way? If UKPC chase it up to dept departmen is that any thing what I can do to cancel that process?

You can only complain to the BPA and wait for your POPLA code.

I have recived a letter from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd company. They want me to pay 160 pounds, if no they will chase it to supreme court of the UK. I haven't recived final decision from UKPC Ltd. They haven't replied for my last letter and they haven't event sent me POPLA code. How they could chase this to DRP Ltd, if they even haven't sent me final decision for my appeal!? !!!!!! is wrong with them? O'course there's not possible to call UKPC Ltd or DRP Ltd. Do they want to intimidate me?

What now? That looks a little bit more serious for me then before.

That's B/S mate. You need to read things much more carefully! DRP taking you to The Supreme Court? - that's a new one. If only they could!

Complain to the BPA that they have commenced debt collection activities while the appeals procedures have not yet been completed, contrary to the BPA Code of Practice.

Never phone a PPC or a debt crawler.
Do they want to intimidate me?
And they seem to be doing a very good job of doing so.

Come on, that stupid letter chain has been laughed at on forums for a decade...easy to Google if you aren't sure how to search this forum. This is not 'serious' just because you've got a daft DRP letter. Some of us here have collected them for fun!

It's a good thing as it gives you more to complain about, to the BPA.
