Unfortunately the section about cancelling if the victim was a blue badge holder has been removed from the latest version.

The whole system is rotten to the core.

I'll join you in a brew. :coffee:

BUT still do have this which me think is GOOD an will be helpful

16.2 ‘Reasonable adjustments’ to prevent discrimination are likely
to include larger ‘disabled’ parking spaces near to the entrance
or amenities for disabled people whose mobility is impaired. It
also could include lowered payment machines and other ways
to pay if payment is required: for example, paying by phone.
You and your staff also need to realise that some disabled
people may take a long time to get to the payment machine

points to ‘Reasonable adjustments’ ans 'You and your staff also need to realise that some disabled
people may take a long time'

    that be helpful?
    I glad I find this forum :A:T

Yes, that will be very helpful. You quote all of that, then say Smart have been made aware that you needed more time and therefore they have not applied any reasonable adjustments so have breached the BPA CoP and The Equality Act 2010.

Your post brought a tear to my eye. I will dance with you!

The PARKING-PRANKSTER is a fine upstanding well respected member of this forum, and has his own website dedicated to fighting for people like you.

You will be getting something in writing soon telling you the charge has been cancelled.

Please just let us know that it has arrived safely when it does arrive, and then celebrate with an ice cream on a nice beach where there are no predators like SmartandShameful Parking.
