Redfox...could I ask a question about the continuation of the thread...

is it a case of a new permanent thread being opened..if so could it perhaps be done to take into consideration Savvys posts that he places close to the start for his lists.?
I'm sure those who make reference to them would appreciate them being easily accessible near the beginning if possible

or is there to be just a renaming of this thread we are using....in which case perhaps reference to where Savvys lists are could be inserted into post number one....

Personally I love the quirkyness of a name change now and again ...but if it's easier to give the thread a standard name I'm more than happy...

Very pleased that we don't have the mither now of thread start ups and closures and the etiquette about who starts a thread and when and at what point

Best of all savvy can leave his posts always on the first pages and just update as and when, so much less work :j

Just put in the 1st post where savvy lists are right at the top:)

And on the minus side the beds were stripped, one load out on the line and the other finished and ready to go out when the heavens opened so now I have damp bedding draped everywhere and I am going to have to admit defeat and put the dryer on which I hate doing, noisy dryer and kitchen steaming up ...

Deep sigh, I will have to dig out more bedding

Easiest way for the people who find the lists important they will know where to find them:D

Yes, if it is to go on for ever, could Savvy open a new one with the first post as is, then the next 5 or 6 posts as his list. The amount of effort he puts in is amazing, and it deserves permanent recognition.

Seren....you're on fire with title suggestions...liking them...

maybe an idea going forward is to give the thread an unofficial new name on the first of each month...that way maybe the E...L....etc tradition can still be upheld a little....
