I flew Qatar to Jakarta about three years ago and had about a 90 minute stop over in Doha. This was enough time but there was a change of airports which required a 20 minute or so trip on a motorway.

Things may well have changed since then but I'd be a little concerned with a 65 minute stop over if this flight also needed the airport change.

Perhaps when they were building the new terminals....

Being as it was a few year ago that's quite possible. I'm just suggesting that they may need to investigate prior to booking such a short stopover time.

No need for investigation. If Qatar offer it, it means that there is ample time.

Just a word of warning. I flew this route with Qatar, and with a stopover of roughly the same time. I made the flight, my bags didn't. If you google it, this is a very common thing on short time Doha connections. I finally got my bag almost 2 days later. So, from that perspective it may not be all bad.

I'm flying an even shorter connection of sixty minutes with another ME airline.
Was your flight recent or whilst they were organising the new terminal a few years ago?

Nothing, I didn't bother claiming, I was too busy looking for clothes to wear to a meeting!

Usually the airline will give you an allowance on the spot in these instances. Specifically for your immediate needs.
