An optimist would suggest that we have yet to reach the nadir of debt "enforcement" in South Wales.

Always in the vanguard of parking industry innovation, owd Trev Whitehoose had the first go in the shape of his debt crawling, Crossley tribe fronted, long gone Expedion, curiously operating out of Vaynor Road, Milford Haven.

    'Appy days them boyo!

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Not looking to p*ss on anyone's chips but Owd Trev, sorry that is m'lud the Discount Trevor Whitehouse of Benalmadena - wasn't actually the first to try it on by establishing a so-called debt collector. There were quite a few before him like LDK Group and the oh-so-brilliantly thought out Ethical Debt Collection and UKCPS with Court Proceedings Ltd then there was JAS Parking and Dara Debt Collection. I'm sure there were others.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think owd Trev was the first to seek 'a welcome in the hillside and a welcome in the vales, in trying to make a fortune, when he came to chase his debts in Wales'. :)

    True but Milford Haven?

LDK Group based in MK tried to hide their debt collectors at an accommodation address in Finchley - which I suppose is almost as bad as Milford Haven. From memory Court Proceedings and Dara were also "hidden" in London.

Trev does take the biscuit because he clearly thought that hiding the business (in the sense of disguising or obscuring its connection to you) was about putting it geographically as a far away as possible. In some respects putting it just down the road in Bolton or Blackburn might have worked better. Then again it was the named directors that gave it away as much as anything else.

Wonder if Trev's come up with any algorithms that will help?
