I had to pop in here as I've enjoyed reading all those rebellions against housework. Me too!
Nothing I own gets ironed these days, in fact I don't even have an iron or ironing board. Since we moved to the country I've cut back so much on the drudgery. OH still works but in our old place so is away most of the time. He only irons his work shirts and nothing else.
Dusting...when I begin to notice it. Usually when the laptop screen or TV are dull.
Vacuuming...it's been transformed since I bought (just last month) a cordless Gtech vacuum. Now it's almost a pleasure! It's easy to do and takes minutes.
Washing machine and dishwasher get fully used. Mind you, no kids at home so haven't got the guddle which they bring along.
I feel no guilt and feel no pain!0
