I bought an expensive Audi lemon, can I reject the car?

Hi guys.
I have bought Audi on finance for 21000, I paid 11000 deposit and the rest through finance to a company called advantage finance who haven't been helpful.
It's not a main dealer, it's an independent ran garage.
I bought the car on the 6th April, and just over a month after I've had the car (over the 30 days for instant rejection) numerous problems have popped up with the car. The following are:
Cracked radiator which meant coolant level kept dropping
Stronic gear box - false neutral symptoms, clunking noises and wouldn't engage in reverse
Suspension issues with the car - car felt 'slippy' on the roads in dry conditions, body roll was excessive. The suspension was already uprated when I bought it and I went to a hunter wheel alignment specialist which showed the tracking wasn't out.
They've had the car since May 20th and I've still not had it back. They claim since then that they have replaced the faulty radiator, replaced the clutch packs from the stronic gearbox and are sending the car to Awesome Gti in Manchester who did the suspension work (which was all on the car before I bought it) to see what's wrong with it.
I understand new Laws have come in since October 2015 which gives me the right to reject the car should I wish. It's been 4 weeks and counting now and it's CLEAR they have sold me a car with underlying issues.
I want my full refund back plus two months monthly payments made to the finance company.
I paid 500 on a credit card, am I right in saying if the finance won't take the car back I can make a claim under my credit card company?
Finance saying when you get the car back if there's any more issues contact them. That's not good enough, it shouldn't be happening so soon, I've lost faith in the car and just want to cut ties and get my money back!!
Would this be possible?

When you say "uprated", did the previous owner get the springs cut? Probably fitted sh*t tyres too........... The thing with these German cars, is people finance them and often can't afford to look after them (or even put fuel in them), so they buy cheap parts.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

The suspension is uprated as in polybushed suspension, the wheels are aftermarket wheels non genuine ones, along with spacers, uprated big brakes, uprated exhaust system, tuned engine.
It has really put me off modified cars now, especially from non main dealers. The lack of communication from the dealer is shocking no communication since the 20th may. I had to pay the recovery fee for the truck to bring the car down.
Disgraceful!!!0 -

Definitely not. I remember this guy from Pistonheads. Sorry you've not got it resolved OP.0 -
So I just phoned Awesome and they haven't had the car taken in for repair work.
This is beyond ridiculous now.
Phoning up my credit card company to see what they can do.0 -
Since the CRA came into force your legal options are simple. As it was over 30 days since you reported the faults then as you suspect you've lost the short-term right to reject the vehicle. You now have to give them the opportunity to repair the car, however they are allowed one attempt only and if this fails you can then get a full refund should you desire.0
