    Hmm you are asking for information but not giving the details needed.., at all, then go into a huff when someone points out that your previous posts are a tad inconsistent, so giving rise to a wondering if this is a pointless thread.

    If you really wanted an answer to your question, I suspect you'd be willing to give more information.

    Seventh Anniversary Combo Breaker
    We recently put our 3 bedroomed house on the market for £134,950. Our attached neighbours put their 2 bedroomed house with conservatory on the market, with the same estate agents for £137 something or other! We had started work on the garden as we'd planned to redo it this spring but otherwise both in good condition! So the 2 bedroom property was valued higher.
