Quick update regarding my case. I have not heard anything back for several weeks regarding the two tickets I had received for 'Leaving site', I'm assuming as they have realised they hold no proof (CCTV footage) of me leaving my car.
Today, I received a court claim form from SCS Law for a ticket I had received some time ago, prior to the other two which I have fought. I have not done anything with this ticket as I had not heard anything from them regarding it, until now, and assumed it was forgotten about or some other reason.
This ticket was for staying in the car park for over 4 hours, and that this is apparently "clearly stated on their terms and conditions" of their sign. I'm at a bit of a loss with this one, should I fight this, what argument would I have? Or should I just pay this one as I've managed to fight the other two?0 -
