keeping a TSB Debit card live for Contactless

I don't doubt that it's worked for you so far, but it definitely didn't work for me on at least one occasion.
Perhaps the PIN requests are totally random?
PIN unlock, for several months now, just before making my £100 spend (all in one go), has always worked. Neither of my cards have failed a contactless payment in six months now, so that's something like 25-30 transactions per card.
So the PIN requests are definitely not random.0 -
According to the TSB website their debit cards are VISA, whilst their credit cards are Mastercard or Amex. What type of card is the one you are referring to?
Thanks colsten, you answered the question for me as marked above in the emboldened quote: Credit card.I think this job really needs
a much bigger hammer.

there may be something in the 'quick succession' use idea in my experience too.
what i can confirm is that a couple of days later, having withdrawn £10 from a cashpoint, my card has worked fine for a lottery ticket today and my £5 for the month is bagged.0
