I changed them all, and that link showed screen shots so I knew I had followed it correctly.

Anyway an update.

During afternoon, phone Life Mobile and terminated my contract,

Bought a new iphone and new sim only contract and it is 4g
and guess what, it is amazing. Thanks for your time.
