:oAccept my sincere apologies Coupon-Mad:o ---- I didn't realise you were a laydeeee!

What do you think about this ?

    The e-mail I received said
"You now have 10 working days from the date of this email (until xx/xx/xxxx) to complete the next stage in the Arbitration process. If you fail to action it within this time; the matter will be sent directly to an Adjudicator who will determine liability based only on this information and you will lose the ability to make any representations or upload any evidence."

also on IAS site it says

"Once an appeal has been initiated, you are not able to withdraw from it. If you stop engaging with the process then it will continue but without the input that you may otherwise have provided."

    Is it important? :)

Nothing in the IAS process is fair, reasonable or impartial. Fewer than 20% of appeals have anything other than a negative outcome. Read some of their decisions (forum search 'IAS decisions').

    Draw your own conclusions.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I wonder if they've changed it recently to try to stop people dropping out after seeing the 'prima facie case'. Either way, I wouldn't bother. IAS isn't worth trying IMHO and how much weight do we think any court Judge would consider an anonymous, parking industry-provided 'kangaroo court' Assessor's determination of just 'their' own side's case, should be given?!
