    Morning all,

£1 to the change jar for me today Keedie, thanks!

Think I'll have to cut down on my PADs for the rest of the month as I've somehow left myself with £121 to last the rest of the month of which £30 is earmarked for bills! Oooopsie.

No point in padding if it means you go without the basics! Pointless exercise that just ends in tears so go you for recognising this and putting the brakes on 10.gif

    Morning Everyone,

I hope that no one is too adversely affected by the weather? I have been quite lucky as I live in a city, near a main road, and so the roads are too busy for the snow to settle (and it's been more like white lumpy bits of rain to be honest). For those of you in more rural locations, I hope that you have been able to get about without too much hassle.

Jet9cat - you're right, I do need to be realistic with my resources. I made massive PADs soon after I was made redundant, as I just assumed that I would be back at work within a month or two. But the reality is that part time roles that pay well enough, that I am not overqualified for (I use to be a manager but the stress just exacerbated my depression and chronic fatigue), do not require too much commuting and can take into account my fluctuating health needs, has been much harder to find than I thought . So yes, I am trying to keep everyone focussed and keep the PADding mindset whilst I sort out my employment/finance issues. It does really help to be a counter upper when you're not able to actively participate as you'd like.

And speaking of participating, for all the PADding from 13th January 2017, we had a good total of £304.85 :T

    Keedie,
    xx

Something will sort itself out with regards your finances Keedie - you can stay in this 'no money' situation for ever - all I can say is hugs and likejetcat said - great idea to be counter upper!!!:A

    Hi All,

Sorry that yesterday's total is so late in the day, I've been sleeping all day and just getting ready to go and sign on now and do the school run etc.

Anyways, the 15th January 2017 was another step towards the big total with £43.96, keep plodding on guys.

Congratulations on the card clearance Florence and Erme I am looking forward to earning a llama when I finally clear MBNA in a couple of month's time :j.
