Afternoon All,
I hope you're all having a good weekend so far and keeping warm to avoid colds, and taking extra care when out and about.
Sashybo I remember hearing on the radio a few weeks ago that scientists claim that the safest way to walk on snow and ice is to mimic the shuffle/waddle of a penguin. I thought it sounded absolutely ridiculous as I don't slip around and I am not walking like a penguin, until my son pointed out that due to the problems I have with my joints I tend to waddle anyway to ease the pressure off my hips and knees :embarasse. So apparently I have been walking a bit strange anyway :rotfl:, it may help you feel safer even if you feel a little silly at times.
The total for 14th January 2017 was a nice £146.32. yay
