On their website they say that they have an Dispute Resolution process. You need to ensure that this is what they are using.

How can i state that the council is involved is just garbage, as said above they write to the offending trader. don't even slap his rists.

And next week welcome him back.

Get away from these people and get reco's.

Enough said, they are powerless puppets and people need to know, we can all read the carp spouted by so called gov supported schemes but once it needs pennies spending on defending your issue you simply might just as well forget it:mad::mad::mad:

Well, I can't speak for West Lothian council, but when we had a similar problem with a council endorsed trader TS ensured that we got our deposit back immediately.

They have a dispute resolution scheme, so they should be able to use that.
