Yep. They aren't being all that helpful. They contacted him and he's refused to fix it. Saying it'll take another couple of weeks and that I need an independent report to get him to come back and sort it out.
Even then, how do I know he'll actually carry out the work to the standard that's required of him?0 -

They want me to wait the two weeks - which I'm happy to do, that'll be 8 weeks for the slabs to settle - although he's talking !!!!!!!!.
I personally would do what TS say. It is up to them to sort it out as he is on their website. If he doesn't fix it then they should make him give you your money back. If you go against their advice then I am not sure it will help you in court.0 -

I didn't, but my neighbour did. She came over last week and I showed her how the slabs were moving etc. She just laid her patio at the same time as mine. She said they didn't put down enough hardcore and they didn't compact it properly. They used mdf boards and jumped on them...0 -
Get a solicitor
You have a good case and should be able to claim solicitors costs as well0
