You wont get it closed just because you want it closed.

Why do you want it closed, may I ask.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

What bike is it that cost £13k?

Have you checked out owner's forums for the make/model?

The bike I bought back in April was 16K all in, and I could have paid over 20K if I'd wanted to throw on a few tasty bits.

You could buy a car for that much :rotfl:

Trouble is, I have three of them already, and a motorhome. A bike was the only other thing with an engine that I can fit in the garage, and that the wife wouldn't notice.

Last car I bought (new) has three cylinders, 1,000cc, 75hp and cost just over £10,000. It has heated seats and air conditioning.

Last bike I bought (new) to join the others in the garage also has three cylinders, 2,300cc, nearly 150hp and cost £15,700 with accessories - but no heated seats or aircon!

The best bit is the bike cost far less to insure!

Both are doing well and neither will need to be rejected. Thankfully.

Ah, but the car probably weighs less than the Rocket. And you can't/won't put a small fraction of the miles on the bike...

What's average annual mileage for a big bike? A couple of thousand?

Average across the rider community is probably somewhere in the 2k region, but the 500 mile-a-year boys are common enough.

I've had my new bike (litre superbike) for five weeks now, and it's had its running in service (600mi) today. I typically do about 6K a year, riding in all weathers.
