    Thanks cherryfudge.

I'm a visual learner and it really hit home how overweight and unhealthy i have become. I will never be 16 and skinny again, and i dont want to be, but i want to be fit and healthy.

Thank you DIA. I try but I'm impatient.
I have been looking at food tonight and trying to inspire myself. I have a colleague who i have been working with whose diet is very similar to yours so I'm going to pick her brain tomorrow.

I have a new mantra I'm going to try.

    I will not just settle.

Its hard being in debt but I dont think its an excuse to just take the lowest available. I could have eaten healthier. I can get two bags of fruit, veg and salad from the market for a couple of pounds.

No excuses for looking shabby. I'm a dresssmaker which means i can make things from bargain fabric, upcycle charity shop stuff and have my own funky style. Also i can make more money than i do from sewing. I have just got down and not tried hard enough.

No excuses for no excercise. Last time i checked walks were still free.

This is meant as a positive post. I hope it doesnt come across the other way. We are all so strong and fantastic we should pat ourselves on the back more often.

WE ALL DESERVE NOT TO SETTLE.:)

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

Thanks for reminding me that exercise is free. I've used the excuse of not being able to swim regularly to dodge exercise lately. I am stopping this now. This minute. I think I will aim for 30 minutes exercise EVEY DAY form now on.

    I won't be settling either :)

I'm a proper excercise dodger too. I feel exhausted at the thought of dragging my flab around, but I will have more if I dont.

    I just weighed myself after a bath. 12st 0.25lbs at 5ft 2ft.

No more eating after 6.30 from now on.

Once again the country is waking up to another disaster. What dreadful news about the people living in the flats and one can only hope that everyone managed to escape.

We have to be grateful for our lives.

    Take care everyone. X

I have work today but tonight when I return I will be working on the clutter in this house from the moment I return until the moment I drop, with an amount of time given to getting DS ready for bed.

I have a target to make a huge difference by the time I return to work on Monday morning.

I've really got the bug and if I was off today I think I would make a huge difference. Never mind.

I have been looking at finances and my big financial overhaul and plan is still work in progress as it keeps changing. I want to start some saving pots as soon as I'm debt free to start work on this house. Windows are so expensive.

Have a good day all. X

I'm off tomorrow if you want company? I looked at some old photos and was shocked at how much better the house looked.

Thank you Hex, but shouldn't those Pom poms be decluttered? Or do you use them often.;)

I'm going to start in a minute, I've just come home from work. I have a couple of jobs tomorrow but then I will carry on when done. I have to help mum gets new washer as hers is broken.

I hope it's dry tomorrow as I have loads of fabric to wash to donate to the school. Thet should clear up a load of space. Actually I'm going to put a load in now to dry overnight.

I've been itching to get at this all day so I can't wait.

I'm such an exciting person. :D:p

Oh no, this house we would have at least twelve pairs of 'ever so slightly different' pom poms. All of which are loved and essential and a major crime against humanity if someone removed them.

I'd probably choke on the dust if I twiddled them.

I've vaguely tried, bins are emptied and the big bin out for collecting in the morning. DW on. Changed our bedding. Morning stuff sorted and a little of the tedious paid thing done to free some time up tomorrow.
