Pay & Display machine not working

Thanks for your advice, I can't see how to post pictures site asks for URL? The claimant is VCS filed by BW Legal. Below URL google street view.

To upload a photo/scan, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (Photobucket or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've got a few posts under their belt.

Can't get the third photo to work comes up as error.

Can see all except a photo of the sign itself, the red ones shown on Streetview.

The photo coming up as error is the one on the side of the machine about paying by phone. I don't know what the signs on the posts are you can see in street view, I didn't notice them at the time.

OK, so do not suggest 'there were no signs'. There were, but they were unremarkable and not seen (which is worth saying).

Have a look at the other Excel/VCS defence on a similar thread right now (not linking it, I never do).
