Sooo Frustrated With Hotter

Lots of shop managers will make a big play of how they would have done WAY more than the shop you're complaining about. They want your customs
The other shoe shoe shop manager says she would have removed a pair from her existing stock.
I suggest she is lying.0 -
Sorry? You really expected them to remove laces from a new pair of shoes to replace yours which are several years old? Knowing that they are having difficulty sourcing new ones and thus rendering a pair of shoes unsaleable
Laces don't last forever - they would be classed as consumables. Would you expect Hotter to resole/reheel your shoes for free in perpetuity too?
I think you're expecting too much from a cheap, high street brand. (And they're shoes are as ugly as sin)
They certainly aren't cheap and many would disagree with the ugly comment.
I do agree though that laces are easily purchased in many places, hotter laces aren't special.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

In my view they are cheap, but that's probably because I prefer my footwear to have both leather uppers and lining.
Having scrolled through all 119 ladies styles on their site I have reconfirmed my view that they are as ugly as sin. There's not a single pair I would wear. They all look as though they have been designed for those with bunions - they have more Velcro than the kid's section at Clark's.0 -
My gran refused to wear Hotter shoes, she said they were for old people!
Not a word I would apply to many things, but they are !!!!!!.0 -

You can get laces anywhere/everywhere. Are they magic laces? Do they tie themselves? Here's a fact: nobody know you're wearing Hotter shoes, so nobody will spot you've not got original Hotter laces. Anybody that DOES notice .... will also spot yours aren't the "current season's" so will have you down as a peasant anyway.
It's just laces. Get a grip.0 -
6 pairrs, on a card from the pound shopmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
I can't believe you have waited for 16 weeks for a pair of laces when you could buy them elsewhere.0

Well, we're all different. I like them, for a number of reasons. As a skier, footballer and walker my foot are important to me. They actually do my size (M&S don't) and I find them comfortable and hard-wearing. I knew somebody who could get me discounts for a very posh and stylish range of shoes: a privilege which was useless as they did nothing in my size.
As for the OP.. really? I've got a spare pair of footie boot laces in my kit bag, if that's any use?0 -
Seriously?! You can buy new shoe laces for £1.50. It probably cost you more than that going back and forth to the shop.
I really don't think they'll mind the loss of business considering all the hassle you've given them and that the last time you bought their shoes was 2 years ago.Make £10 per day-
June: £100/£3000
