Voucher worked too, and the credit is now in my Amazon account. Anyone still waiting, use the contact page Ilinked in my last post.
Affiliate Window claimed that my order didn't track, telling MSE on Wednesday that this was the reason a voucher wasn't received automatically. Either this is untrue, or what they told me when I contacted them at the time of order in October was untrue, when they confirmed to me that my order had in fact tracked and they had my details on their system. This leaves me very suspicious, and judging by the many corroboratory comments in this thread, it sounds like their default tune.
I'm glad the matter is finally closed, and I won't be entering into any of these cashback / voucher claim offers again - for the modest savings offered, it is just not worth the hassle. I wonder how many people have given up before this point, or just forgotten about it, and therefore lost all consolation.
I wish I had mine, how long did you have to wait?Nothing has been fixed since 2008, it was just pushed into the future0 -
I still haven't got my voucher, I hope all the other nice people here waiting don't forget about this and let it go.
We should have what we were promised and some compensation for being treated so bad.0 -
They are ignoring me also.
I had a reassuring message from MSE saying it's not a con, and customers are valued by mse and their reputation is important
Then I get slapped in the face and ignored.
Please can somebody advise the next step?Nothing has been fixed since 2008, it was just pushed into the future0 -

Has anybody got their voucher yet?
I still haven't got mine.
Can MSE please stop ignoring us.
we should have some serious compensation now because of how long this is taking.
MSE has had its reputation seriously damaged now with this extremely bad service and broken promises.
I was assured that MSE would not brake their promises, but it's been a long time now, do they really think they can keep asking us to wait a little longer and then we will forget about being ripped off?0 -
MSE offered £150 Amazon voucher to switch to EE broadband. Many people including myself did so.

I still have not got my Amazon vouchers I was promised from this time last year.
When I contact EE they say it's nothing to do with them, MSE were paid enormous amounts of money to get us all to sign up to EE through them, but they are not fulfilling their promises.
It seems MSE took the money and ran, yes it seems their reputation has been tarnished a gret deal with this scam.
Let's see what they do about this.
Yes some compensation should be in order.Nothing has been fixed since 2008, it was just pushed into the future0 -

Hi everyone,
I'm really sorry to see that you're all having these issues getting your vouchers from an EE deal. I can assure you it's not a con! The way it works is that the vouchers are sent by a third party which is why EE won't be able to help directly.
If you're still waiting for your vouchers please could you email voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com with your order number (DKI) and order date, and we can get this sorted asap

Garethgrew and AG47, have you tried using the contact page I posted in the other thread? That's what worked for me when nothing else had, and I got a response from the team pretty quickly each time I sent a message through that page. The forum won't let me post links so you'll have to piece the following together.
