No, then the op has no CCJs on the register, to rephrase your argument from post before. Nothing more, nothing less, and no one asked about his CCJs on record - just CCJs.
why do I get the feeling you are here just to give people a hard time.. rather than solid advice.

Nonsense.
If the company asks "have you ever had a CCJ?" then you do need to disclose it if you don't want to potentially commit fraud. The "six year rule" is meaningless in relation to this.
It's debatable what "do you have any CCJs?" means though. They had one, and it wasn't paid off so maybe yes, maybe no.
Unfortunately the only way for the OP to find out what the company means is to ask them, which is as good as saying "yes" on the forms.0 -

How is the question or questions phrased?
Is there any possibility that your future employer may be aware of something?0 -

It's a standard question in roles in the financial sector and roles which involve dealing with money. Unfortunately it is becoming more commonplace in roles that don't deal with cash directly.0 -

That's some politician-like non-answering right there. It may work.
It won't if it's a Yes/No answer though.0
