Morrisons CAN kick out ParkingEye, it's simply a question of how much money they are prepared to lose in the process. They may be impecunious but they're still a big company and could find the money to buy off PE if they really wanted to. That they do not do so simply shows how little they value their customers and explains why they are in such a mess.

Cancelling tickets when requested to do so is not something they should be congratulated for. They should be condemned for inflicting this disgrace on their customers in the first place.

Incidentally it's not a question of them being taken in by ParkingEye. My local branch was infested by CP Plus before PE took over, so Morrisons was already happy with ripping off its own customers, it's just a different brand of pond life now.
