I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 and I love it. A great phone for the money and the camera is so much better than any previous phone cameras.
Would definitely get a Xiaomi again when my current phone reaches the end of its useful life.0 -
Another Xiaomi owner here. Really pleased with it. My daughter has a Motorola G4. Good phone but doesn't compare and mine was cheaper at £128. The battery is just brilliant. No more faffing about with recharging with less than a day to go.
Got the Snapdragon 650 32gb dual sim one.0 -
I have recently bought the HUAWEI P9 lite. Around £200. It has 3Gb Ram and 16Gb memory. As it has two sim slots one can be used for a micro memory card up to 64Gb that give lots of memory.
I have found it fast and efficient.
Big recommendation from me.There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.0 -
The P9 lite can be had from EE for about £130/£140 on PAYG.

Owned a Xiaomi Redmi 3s for a few weeks now. Paid £104 from Geekbuying - the 3GB Global Edition with Band 20 (Vodafone for one needs this for 4G - got 109 MB down and 44 MB up the other week so working a treat).
Absolutely love it - amazing value for money. Does everything I want, and the notification light was a pleasing bonus. Battery life is fantastic - easily twice what any of my previous smartphones have achieved. Build quality top notch too, but I'd expect nothing less from Xiaomi.
As it's the Global Edition it comes with Google Play and zero Chinese language bloatware. All my apps installed no problem. The MIUI8 skin over Android Marshmallow is fine once you get used to it, and there are some useful tools (clean up, power management etc).
Only niggles are...
1) The stock camera doesn't record audio correctly on videos (forces noise cancellation to be on which results in over processed and distorted/loud/quiet sound) but that's fixed by using a different app - Open Camera works for me.
2) There's no UK, US or Ireland locale in the dropdown list. I've had to choose Falkland Islands as that's the closest to the UK in terms of date/number formats etc.
