    EXACTLY! just as I recommended in my earlier post, but anyone who is just 'seeing how it goes' or 'seeing what happens' is just asking for trouble. No matter how much good advice you give, there is always that small number who think it does not fit their picture.
    I think this job really needs
    a much bigger hammer.
