Sold Cat D car by dealer

Hi, some advice please. Bought a 2006 Z4 from a dealer in 2008, and now whilst trying to sell it, a HPI check has shown that the car is Cat D & was written off in 2007. Whether the dealer disclosed or not, you've had it 8 year!! If you think any dealer will entertain this then you have quite a shock coming! If you wanted to go to court then it's not exactly a sure thing.

And what happens if the dealer turns round and says they told you it had the marker on? Well your case is looking even worse then!!

Just move on
