  • I wish I could give minus 5 stars. The garage used was fine , BUT ServicingStop was very bad. The costumer service was very rude, and it was obvious that they dont care at all. Will never use that company again.....

Service Stop, where do you start with this bunch,
they are merely the middle man, they get the garage to do the work at a set rate, then pay the garage a bonus type payment for finding extra work,
so they pay the garage say £30.00 for a service, and £10.00 per MOT, they supply the parts, (on a national Account, so pay next to nothing) add 150% or what ever the % is. DO NOT BE FOOLED

Find a local garage, that will not fleece you. Ask around you will soon find one that that is good,
and you may have to take the car to them.
We may not win by protesting, but if we don’t protest we will lose.
If we stand up to them, there is always a chance we will win.

Booked to have my car serviced with these people but haven't confirmed. Thank heavens I came here. Definitely won't be using them.

    Thank you ALL.

  • You can't always blame Servicing Stop. The garage I was allocated to told Servicing Stop they'd carried out an additional to standard Full Service brake service but they hadn't. They hadn't removed the wheels but claimed they had. This was the garage not Servicing Stop telling porkies.

    Why not?
Irrespective of how bad the garage may be, it will be Servicing Stop that chose to use that garage and it is only Servicing Stop that you have any form of contract with.
Maybe if they paid a little bit more to get the work carried out they would be able to get garages that provide better service.
