  • I have had a bad experience with them two years back but was attracted by 50% offer. They picked up the car on time, and then had a call from the call centre claiming my rear tyre needs to be changed, headlight bulb is not working (which is not true). Break Oil is dirty and pollen filter needs to be changed but the amount they are charging is very high from the market price almost double .. I am 101% sure they must hv put substandard company tyre. Brake fluid is 37 whereas they charge 75. pollen filter 20 whereas they charge 45 . They are ripping off people with double prices.. i am not happy and will not recommend and use them again.

Yeah, it's either coffee or beer depending on the time of day.

Tried to overcharge twice, avoid at all costs!
Firstly tried to charge for two items that were 1) Not needed and 2) grossly overpriced. Then tried to charge a "surcharge" for special oil which they refused to remove. It too a call to the car manufacturer to get them to confirm that the vehicle did not need this. Finally they relented.

However to top it all off, they then charged an extra £25 "toward the cost of the next service" without permission - They have now agreed to refund this.
  • Beware of damages to you car
Beware of pressure selling at the end
Beware of worst customer service you can ever imagine
Beware of complete frustration to the extend of blaming the moment you choose servicing stop for servicing your car
All happened to me and at the they made me a liar as well!!!!
  • ]Car booked in for a FULL service and was charged up front which included a repair to a leaking oil sump. The oil sump repair was quoted as £524 + VAT and the full service went from the advertised £80.68 + VAT to £346 + VAT. Total cost £1045.39 including VAT. When my car was eventually returned it was apparent that the FULL service had not been carried out in any way. No new filters, wheel and brake inspection not carried out , antifreeze change and brake fluid change not carried out, pollen filter change not carried our... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE apart from the oil pan replacement which was at more than twice and much as the NIssan Dealer would have charged, (As I found out retrospectively)
I complained via telephone and was told by your customer services that my car would be booked into another garage for immediate inspection and for the FULL service to be carried out and they would call me back with a date and time for collection and guess what ?.... NOTHING , no calls or emails despite me leaving several messages .

This its tantamount to fraud so please learn from my mistake ...looks like my £400 is gone for good.
DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

  • As with many others and after a not very in-depth search on google, I was attracted by the collection/delivery aspect and the very competitive rates on offer i.e £147 for service and mot. Passed MOT with no advisories. However, I was informed after additional service work was carried out WITHOUT my agreement, the total was £425 - an increase of £278, which, of course you have to pay before they will release the vehicle. If you thought main dealer prices were high...
    Pollen filter - £63 ; Brake fluid - £78 ; Anti-freeze - £66 ; Oil surcharge - £29
    Fuel treatment - £42 all ridiculously over-priced!

How do they stay in business? Needless to say, stay well away!

Lots of garages maybe able to collect your car or drop you off at home/work whilst they do the work.

The rare times ive had to get a garage to do my car they would drop me back or often they just chucked some keys to me.

I wouldn't trust an unknown garage come and collect my car, not knowing where it is and what faults they are creating.
