Well if being made aware of the system prior to the vote and throughout the campaign constitutes a fix?

RemainMy wife is in Dublin tomorrow and when she heard they are likely to announce in the morning she said - in all seriousness but probably without thinking - that she'd have to remember to bring her passport with her in case the leave vote wins and she cant get back over the border tomorrow PM....0
