Yes this is correct. as this is a public forum i'm not about to air all my business on here. feel free to PM me and i will gladly explain my whole driving life story to you.0 -
tail end Charlie here
how can you say "I've been running my own car for the last 9 years, that isn't the issue." then go on to say that your licence has been revoked because you have to many points in the first 2 yrs?
the words you used were "and as I am still in two years of having my license it was withdrawn"

i didnt know this. i will look in to it in the am.Silver-Surfer wrote: »It may be worth looking into your cancellation and whether they can just void the policy post collision.
i will do.Silver-Surfer wrote: »You must have had an address at which the vehicle was insured at and the licence was sent to.
Vehicle was insured to my old home. then to various refuges. license was registered to my own home as could't change with out perm address (what i was told but someone above said i was miss informed.Silver-Surfer wrote: »What is the actual condition your licence was revoked under, you must have known about the speeding nips and accepted the tickets. So you have no grounds to appeal them now. I say you must have known because they are two for speeding and not for failing to name the drive which would have seen you disqualified and not revoked.
I'm not aiming at appealing the speeding tickets. tbh my prerogative right now is getting my car out the impound a legal way, after thats done i will find out the ins and outs of my license. however in regards to the first speeding tickets when they came through i did fill them out and send them back with my details - i was the driver regardless of circumstances.0 -

See, holes in your story.
When you sent off your licence to get the first lot of three points they returned it to an address you were not living at. So how did you get the licence back to send off for the next lot of points?0 -
