The driver of the other car admitted fault. however since he found out I'm not insured he's saying i was at fault. police said its probably so he can appeal to MIB or something to get money to get his car fixed but i won't be able to get mine done via insurance because my insurance is void.

If the other driver is at fault you can claim off their insurance. The fact you weren't insured will not effect liability.

It may be worth looking into your cancellation and whether they can just void the policy post collision.

You must have had an address at which the vehicle was insured at and the licence was sent to. What is the actual condition your licence was revoked under, you must have known about the speeding nips and accepted the tickets. So you have no grounds to appeal them now. I say you must have known because they are two for speeding and not for failing to name the drive which would have seen you disqualified and not revoked.

I've been running my own car for the last 9 years, that isn't the issue.

But you're still in the first two years of holding a full licence, so lost it at six points?
