according to the EU stickers plastered on all the junction boxes around here we have the EU to thank for our broadband?
funny that because why are we paying scandalous amounts of money for line rental that BT tells us is going into investing in fast broadband infrastructure.

So first we have broadband roll out in rural areas, then :The announcement comes after the Government said it was halting automatic broadband roll-out in rural areas of the country after deciding it would be too costly
But goody goody we're going to have a legal right to a minimum speed of 10Mbps ..... exceptBut no timeframe has yet been mentioned in terms of when this is likely to come into effect
