Thursday 19th May - What small DFW things will you do today?

Evening everyone :hello:
Well, I'm shattered but in a good way tonight. I'm quietly very hopeful about today's exam. I thought it was a lovely paper for them and hope that the next 2 are just as nice. After the exam I crashed a bit and haven't had the most productive of days at school. Will just have to work doubly hard tomorrow.

MTC - have you contacted the school about your ds problems there?

Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Definitely freeze them! They will darken a bit, but if added to made up dishes such as casseroles, stews, bolognese etc, you won't be able to tell the difference. I often freeze left over mushrooms. Peppers too, no need to blanch them, just chop them up and use from frozen0 -

Thanks!
Think I might make my sausage and apple casserole next weekand I have froze some onion too which was starting to look sorry for itself. How savvy am I!!

Just the usual from me today really...although I did buy a b00ts meal deal so that is not like me
I've just received a letter for the previous owners from a debt recovery agency (googled the return address) for a car parking fine...! That's so annoying as it means he has his car still registered at our address  I'm just going to put it in the post again as undelivered but wonder whether I should actually write to them with proof that I live here and not him...
Part of me thinks I should make an effort to get the letter to him rather than return to sender but then he will wonder why we've not sent him the rest (because we hate them after their house sale antics and I think they are tight for not setting up a mail redirection so am sending all their post back to sender in protest, rather than inconveniencing myself and giving to a neighbour for them to collect like they told us to in a rude note when we arrived. We did it for the first couple of weeks but I think it's a bit rich to expect it 8 months on. )
We had similar when we moved La E they told us they had set up a redirect but we had post arriving for them constantly. And in about 4 different names. Still get some now, 2 years later. We saved it for a bit and DH even spent time tracking down the lady on FB (not as stalker as it sounds as we have a mutual friend :rotfl:) and messaged her as we had some important tickets arrive for her hubby. Nothing. I didn't go that far considering the blatant lies they hold told us about things in the house so I binned the stuffsorry if that makes me sound bad.
Back from my 5k run. Miscalculated before I had nearly 19k left not 17k so now I have just under 15k. Am planning another 5 on Saturday and Monday as I need it done by Thursday latest to meet my goal. I've done 17k this week which is a record for me :T considering a year ago I couldn't get to the end of the roadplus it helps me fend off my 'use it or loose it' approach to gym membership. I know lots wouldn't when paying down debt, but we locked a price in many moons ago, to the point that if One of us cancelled the other single membership would be about the same as joint. DH has used his twice today too
Right off for my crumble that DH left me. Kinda counteracts ^^ but better than if I'd not run at all. Plus it's my favourite0 -
Good Evening All
