Something tells me the OP is going to pursue this, wasting a lot of time, energy and potentially money only to be officially told he is wrong.
You would think that would be a perfect solution re the box from the Now TV forum member.0 -
I don't use the Now Tv box as I prefer to use the Now Tv app on my Apple Tv and tablet. I do think it is silly that often they do better deals with the box as that means the box is a throw away item.
Me, I've used a couple of passes but not signed up on a subscription; it works as a freeview box with no sub.0 -
Having gone through this whole thread a very obvious pattern emerges. First of all 'warrenrichards' has put forward a well argued case that his consumer rights are being infringed by Sky and posted it on a consumer rights website. Despite that, the vast majority of respondents are totally opposed to his viewpoint and strive to deny that he has those rights. There is very little actual discussion here, and very few respondents show anything resembling a mutual interest in defending consumer rights against Sky. Bit odd on a consumer rights website, no?
So, I think this is a good point to remind everyone that Sky specifically employ people to prowl money saving/consumer rights websites such as this, to argue against criticisms made by anyone about Sky or any of their products. It's ridiculous, but sadly true.0 -
seeing the replies are all from LONG established members of the forum I don't think that's the case hereEx forum ambassador
